2. What were the qualities or skills of each member that supported the team?

Each member in the team have a unique skill that benefits the team. For example, Sumyo Suzuki is   photographer and he is responsible for the Documentation in the climbing trip. Also, Chynagba is a cooker in the camp in which he is providing a food for the team. And the Scientist Roger Bilham who spend a time for making some studies while camping on Everest summit. As well, every team have to have a leader to be successful, and the leader of the team was Ed Visters.

3. How was the Team helped by ‘cultural diversity’ to attain their goal (reach the summit of Everest)?

Many of the Team members are from different countries and from different cultures, but many things helped them to success reaching to the Everest summit like respect of each other, team working and discipline in doing the their duties
