neighbouring are uncertainty tolerance, they don’t plan carefully as Germany do.	in Germany there is a reasonable high uncertainty avoidance compared to Denmark.

mostly focus on a specific group and needs to work individually	It explains the choice of behavior for a person in particular environments.
